toasted s’mores frappuccino recipe

S’mores is probably one of the best summertime flavors, and summer is *also* when frappuccinos start becoming more popular again – so today we’re combining those two things! This toasted s’mores frappuccino is made with a toasted marshmallow whipped cream and toasted marshmallow in the frappuccino itself – so you get those toasty campfire notes in the drink without needing to start a campfire.

It has two layers of the toasted marshmallow whipped cream, to layers of chocolate sauce & a ton of frappuccino in between them. So let’s get into it!

Toasted S'mores Frappuccino

  • 2 c. ice
  • 6 oz. strongly brewed coffee
  • 3 oz. milk of choice
  • 30 g marshmallow creme (¼ c.)

Instructions

  • Brew a strong batch of coffee, then place it in the fridge until it has cooled down to at least room temperature.

Toasted Marshmallow Whipped Cream

  • Place 80g (¾ c.) of marshmallow creme onto a heat-safe dish or clean baking tray. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow. (Alternatively, set the marshmallow under the broiler, keeping a close eye on it until it's toasted)

Chocolate Sauce

  • Heat the heavy whipping cream in the microwave until it starts to bubble up. Pour the cream over the chocolate chips, then stir the mixture until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
