Brew a strong batch of coffee, then place it in the fridge until it has cooled down to at least room temperature.
Toasted Marshmallow Whipped Cream
Place 80g (¾ c.) of marshmallow creme onto a heat-safe dish or clean baking tray. Use a kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow. (Alternatively, set the marshmallow under the broiler, keeping a close eye on it until it's toasted)
Add the heavy whipping cream, salt, and 50g (½ c.) of the toasted marshmallow creme to a medium sized mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment until soft peaks form. Set aside in the fridge.
Chocolate Sauce
Heat the heavy whipping cream in the microwave until it starts to bubble up. Pour the cream over the chocolate chips, then stir the mixture until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside.
Toasted S'mores Frappuccino
Add the ice, strong coffee, milk, and the remaining toasted marshmallow creme to a blender. Blend the mixture until smooth.
Get out 2 cups and place some of the marshmallow whipped cream into the bottom of each cup.
Spread some of the chocolate sauce onto the inside of the cup.
Divide the frappuccino between the two cups, then top with more marshmallow whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Garnish with toasted marshmallows and graham crackers & enjoy!
