Chop up or break the white chocolate into smaller pieces. Add the white chocolate and heavy cream to a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Mix in the lavender extract, then set the sauce in the fridge.
White Chocolate Lavender Cold Foam
Once you're ready to make your drink, add the heavy cream, milk, and 1 tbsp. of the lavender sauce to a medium sized cup or container. If desired, add in some purple food coloring as well. Froth or shake the mixture until it's thick and foamy.
White Chocolate Lavender Iced Coffee
Add 1 tbsp. (or more, to taste) of the lavender sauce to a cup. Top with the chilled coffee, then stir to combine.
Add ice in to the cup, leaving room at the top for the cold foam.
Pour the cold foam over your drink, then serve and enjoy!
