Add both sugars and the water to a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir occasionally and allow the mixture to come to a simmer. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and immediately mix in the butter vanilla bakery emulsion, vanilla, and almond extract.
Sugar Cookie Latte
Brew your espresso, then froth the milk until it's hot and foamy.
Add 1 tbsp. of the sugar cookie syrup to a coffee mug. Top with your espresso, followed by the frothed milk.
Garnish with whatever you desire! Whipped cream, sprinkles (and/or a sugar cookie - no judgments!), then serve and enjoy!
