Add the honey, rose water, and water to a small saucepan. Place the mixture over medium heat, and stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and transfer to a small container for storage. The honey rose syrup will make enough for ~7 lattes!
Iced Honey Rose Latte
Fill a 12 oz. glass to the top with ice cubes or coffee ice cubes.
Add 2 tbsp. of honey rose syrup to the glass. Pour the milk into the glass, and top off with freshly brewed espresso.
Stir the drink then garnish with dried rose petals. Serve and enjoy!
