Iced Honey Rose Latte

A simple and delicious iced latte with floral notes of rose and honey

Ingredients 

Honey Rose Syrup

  • 100 g honey (¼ c. + 1 tbsp.)
  • 60 g rose water (2 oz.)
  • 40 g water (1 ½ oz.)

Iced Honey Rose Latte

  • 70 mL freshly brewed espresso (2 shots)
  • 2 tbsp. honey rose syrup (1 oz.)
  • 120 mL milk (4 oz.)

Instructions 

Honey Rose Syrup

  • Add the honey, rose water, and water to a small saucepan. Place the mixture over medium heat, and stir occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer. Simmer for 1 minute, then remove from the heat and transfer to a small container for storage. The honey rose syrup will make enough for ~7 lattes!

Iced Honey Rose Latte

  • Fill a 12 oz. glass to the top with ice cubes or coffee ice cubes.
  • Add 2 tbsp. of honey rose syrup to the glass. Pour the milk into the glass, and top off with freshly brewed espresso.
  • Stir the drink then garnish with dried rose petals. Serve and enjoy!
