Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  1. Add the frozen blueberries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan. Set the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer.
  2. Let the syrup simmer for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
  3. Pour the blueberry syrup into a heat-safe container and set it in the fridge to cool.

Iced Blueberry Latte

  1. Pour 2 tbsp. of the homemade blueberry syrup into your cup.
  2. Add in your milk of choice, then add in ice, leaving room at the top for the espresso.
  3. Brew the espresso, then slowly pour it over the milk. Serve and enjoy!
