Milk and espresso combined with a rich homemade wild blueberry syrup.

Ingredients 

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  • 170 g frozen wild blueberries (1 c.)
  • 50 g light brown sugar (¼ c.)
  • 2 tbsp. water

Instructions 

Homemade Blueberry Syrup

  • Add the frozen blueberries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan. Set the saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer.
  • Let the syrup simmer for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
  • Pour the blueberry syrup into a heat-safe container and set it in the fridge to cool.

Iced Blueberry Latte

  • Pour 2 tbsp. of the homemade blueberry syrup into your cup.
  • Add in your milk of choice, then add in ice, leaving room at the top for the espresso.
  • Brew the espresso, then slowly pour it over the milk. Serve and enjoy!
