To a small saucepan, add the water, maple syrup, brown sugar, butter vanilla bakery emulsion, and ground cinnamon. Set the mixture over medium heat, stirring ocasionally.
Let the syrup come to a simmer, then remove it from the heat and transfer it to a container to cool.
French Toast Cold Foam
Once you're ready to make your drink, add the milk, heavy cream, and 1 tbsp. of the french toast syrup to a medium sized cup or container. Froth or shake the mixture until it's thick and foamy.
French Toast Iced Latte
Fill a medium sized cup with ice. Pour 1-2 tbsp. of the french toast syrup over the ice, depending on how sweet you'd like the drink to be.
Pour the milk over the ice.
Brew 2 shots of espresso, then add them into the drink.
Top with the french toast cold foam and a dusting of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
The syrup makes enough for about 10 drinks and can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
