Add the coffee grounds and water to a french press. Stir the mixture well, then place the lid on top of the french press and let the coffee steep in the fridge overnight.
Once the coffee has steeped overnight, slowly push down on the french press to separate out the coffee grounds.
Banana Bread Syrup
To a small saucepan, add in the water, brown sugar, cinnamon, butter extract, vanilla extract, and chopped walnuts.
Set the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture comes to a simmer. Let the syrup simmer for 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Let the syrup sit for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse together.
Place a fine mesh sieve over a bowl or container, and pour the syrup through it to remove all the walnuts.
Banana Bread Cold Foam
Once you're ready to make your drink, add the heavy cream, banana milk, and 1 tbsp. of the banana bread syrup to a small cup or container. Froth or shake the mixture until it's thick and foamy.
Banana Bread Cold Brew
Pour 1 tbsp. of banana bread syrup into a cup, then top it with 8 oz. of cold brew.
Add in some ice, then top the drink with the banana bread cold foam. Serve and enjoy!

You can keep the syrup stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The cold brew makes enough for 4 drinks - it's best to consume it at least within 4 days of making it.If you like a sweeter, more creamy drink, add in 1-2 tbsp. of banana milk or creamer to the cold brew before topping it with the cold foam.
