NEW on the blog today is this ridiculously delicious and beautiful chocolate raspberry marbled bundt cake, made in partnership with my favorite chocolate brand @scharffenberger . I absolutely love using Scharffen Berger chocolate in my recipes because it’s truly high quality chocolate that you can taste. I used their classic 100% Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder for the moist & rich chocolate cake, and I used their new 55% Cacao Dark Milk Chocolate Chunks with Maple Sugar for the luscious chocolate ganache on top. So if you’re looking for a gift idea, this chocolate raspberry marbled bundt cake using @scharffenberger chocolate is the perfect gift for your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day, because nothing says “I love you” quite like chocolate! The ultimate dessert duo is coffee + chocolate and you can’t change my mind 🤌 These coffee chocolate chip cookies have both brewed coffee & coffee grounds in the dough for the ultimate coffee flavor. They’re soft, chewy & (of course) delicious. What’s more fun than cookie dough that’s safe to eat! These cookie dough heart truffles are super easy to make & are super delicious. The great part about these is that they are easily customizable as well - they work great with a 1:1 swap of gluten free flour, and dairy free butter/milk/chocolate. I put it in caps a few times in the blog post, but be sure to HEAT TREAT THE FLOUR (yes even the gluten free swap) to make it 100% safe to eat. It’s blood orange season!! 🍊So here’s a sneak preview of a super easy, super delicious blood orange danish coming your way soon. Made with puff pastry (store bought of course), cheesecake filling & a blood orange curd. 😌 These chocolate raspberry cupcakes are perfect for any time, but especially for Valentine’s Day. They’re rich, fudgy, and have a sweet, flavorful, naturally colored raspberry buttercream on top. I partnered again with my favorite coffee brand @papanicholascoffee to bloom the cocoa with their chocolate raspberry espresso, which not only brings out more chocolate-y flavor, but adds even more richness and raspberry flavor to the cupcakes themselves. These are super easy to make, are small batch, and are packed full of chocolate and raspberry flavor! Current baking obsession is working with frangipane because it’s truly SO good. Yesterday I made some easy almond croissants which will be up in a few weeks, but for now - these chocolate almond brioche rolls feature my light & fluffy brioche rolled up with melted chocolate & frangipane, then baked in a muffin tin for something a little bit different than your standard roll. These hibiscus heart donuts are made with a light & fluffy brioche dough, filled with a coconut hibiscus cream & coated in hibiscus sugar. They’re sweet, slightly floral & honestly just really fun to look at.
