One of my favorite coffee drinks is a white chocol One of my favorite coffee drinks is a white chocolate mocha and today I have one for you - with a holiday twist! This gingerbread white mocha is the perfect balance of sweet & spiced. I partnered again with the amazing @papanicholascoffee and used their delicious holiday white chocolate mocha coffee for an amazing white chocolate flavor. The white mocha itself is made with a gingerbread white chocolate sauce which is mixed into the coffee and the whipped cream on top. Gingerbread White Chocolate Sauce: 150g heavy whipping cream (2/3 c.) 1 tbsp. molasses 3/4 t ground cinnamon, 1/2 t ground ginger & 1/4 t ground nutmeg 113g white chocolate, chopped Gingerbread Whipped Cream: 55g heavy whipping cream (1/4 c.) 1 tbsp gingerbread white chocolate sauce 1/8 t salt Gingerbread White Chocolate Mocha: 2 tbsp. gingerbread white chocolate sauce 8 oz. strongly brewed @papanicholascoffee white mocha coffee 2 oz. milk of choice Instructions: ☕️ Add the heavy cream, molasses, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to a small saucepan. Set the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it comes to a simmer. ☕️ Pour the hot cream over the white chocolate, then whisk the mixture together until it’s smooth. ☕️ Start brewing a strong batch of coffee. In the meantime, start on the whipped cream. ☕️ Add the heavy cream, 1 tbsp. of the gingerbread white chocolate sauce, and salt to a medium sized mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to beat the whipped cream until it reaches soft peaks. ☕️ Add 2 tbsp. of the gingerbread white chocolate sauce to a coffee cup. Pour the coffee over the sauce, stirring to combine. ☕️ Froth the milk until it’s hot and foamy, then pour it over the coffee. Top the coffee with the whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon and enjoy! ☕️ Store extra gingerbread white chocolate sauce in the fridge. #coffee #whitemocha #mocha #gingerbread #latte #coffeelover #coffeerecipes #drinkrecipes #whitechocolate #espressolove #chocolatelovers #papanicholascoffee

These here are my PERFECT chocolate chip cookies. These here are my PERFECT chocolate chip cookies. I know that’s a bold claim - but they’re perfect to me. They use a combination of brown butter and dark brown sugar for maximum flavor in the dough, are soft and chewy with crisp edges, and are filled with pools of melty chocolate. And of course they’re small batch so it’s fair game to eat all 8 in one sitting. While there’s many delicious cookies going around this time of year, you can never go wrong with a classic ccc.
