Please let me introduce you to maybe the BEST chocolate chip cookie ever. 🤌 It has brown butter and peanut butter in the dough, is loaded with pools of melty chocolate and is topped with pools of fluffy marshmallow. If you haven’t heard the term fluffernutter before, it refers to a sandwich made with peanut butter & marshmallow fluff. And while I probably won’t try the sandwich, the combo seemed too good to pass up on in a ccc. Full recipe is on my blog!

Chocolate and salted coffee caramel sauce sandwiched between two layers of oatmeal coffee cookie dough. They’re soft, chewy, and the combo of chocolate, coffee & caramel is *SO* good. I partnered again with my favorite coffee brand @papanicholascoffee and used their delicious salted caramel coffee to make the coffee caramel sauce & used a bit in the cookie dough for extra coffee flavor. It’s almost summer which means it’s time for allll the lemony bakes, starting with these super easy, light & fluffy lemon brioche donuts. These muffins are super moist & flavorful thanks to brown butter, are loaded with chocolate chips & are swirled with nutella for an extra little treat.
