The drink that’s perfect for hot and sunny summer days.

Frozen peach bellini
This frozen peach bellini is so delicious and ridiculously easy to make! All you’ll need is four ingredients (frozen peaches, prosecco, sugar, and grenadine) and five minutes for this delicious summer drink.
What is a peach bellini?
A standard bellini is a sweet and refreshing cocktail made with peach puree and prosecco. The bellini comes from Italy, where standard practice is to make the drink with white peaches. However, because they are often harder to find, yellow peaches are often used in the U.S. This recipe uses frozen yellow peaches and no ice to get that pure peach flavor into the drink.

Ingredients and substitutions
Frozen peaches: you can’t make a peach bellini without some peaches! In this recipe we’ll use frozen peaches in order to maximize the peach flavor
Prosecco: the standard alcohol used for a Bellini. If you would like to make this drink non-alcoholic, simply replace the prosecco with club soda
Granulated sugar: to sweeten up the drink
Grenadine: sweetens up the bellini and makes the drink two-toned for a nice display. If you don’t want to use grenadine, simply double the amount of sugar in the recipe
How to make a frozen peach bellini:
1. Blend the peaches and prosecco. In a food processor or blender, blend together the frozen peaches and prosecco until the mixture is smooth (~2 minutes).
2. Add grenadine. Remove half of the bellini and place it into a cup or bowl. Mix in the grenadine until the color is evenly distributed. Mix the sugar into the portion without the grenadine.
3. Pour. Pour the grenadine bellini mixture into the glass, filling it half way. Top off with the orange peach bellini mixture.
4. Serve and enjoy! Garnish with fresh thyme and/or peaches as desired. Serve right away and enjoy!
