It’s almost summer which means it’s time for all of the refreshing drinks! This blackberry mint mocktail is both delicious and refreshing, with blackberry, mint, and coconut flavor in every sip.
Blackberries: for flavor.
Mint leaves: for flavor.
Granulated sugar: we will add a little bit of sugar to help counter the tartness of the blackberries. If you prefer your drinks a little more tart, feel free to leave out the sugar.
Coconut water: makes this mocktail super light and refreshing. You can even use flavored coconut water if you want to spruce things up a bit!
Club soda: to make the drink carbonated. If you are not a fan of club soda, you can use coconut water in its place.
How to make a blackberry mint mocktail
Start by placing the blackberries, mint, and sugar together in a small glass. Use a muddler or a fork to mash up the ingredients together.
Then, add ice to fill to the top of the cup.
Add in your coconut water and club soda and stir. Top with additional mint and blackberries for garnish, and enjoy!
Can I double this recipe?
Of course! This recipe can super easily be scaled up to however much you need. If you are looking for a super large batch for a party, you can scale it up into a large pitcher! Each serving is 240 mL (8 oz.).
